About

What it’s like to work with me…

I create a nonjudgmental and safe environment to form rapport, letting patients take charge of their mental health by providing information that enables informed decisions.

I use a holistic approach to meet a patient’s mental health needs.

Medication management and psychotherapy often work in tandem to achieve the desired result.

The first visit is about getting to know you.

We will discuss your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social health symptoms. The information gathered will be used to create an individualized treatment plan for you.

Treatment plans are frequently reevaluated to maintain the effectiveness and progress you need for continued growth.

We are affiliated with universities and offer a preceptorship to Psych NP students.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your mental health by providing clear information and collaborative care. I take a holistic approach, considering emotional, physical, spiritual, and social aspects. During our first visit, we’ll discuss your symptoms and needs to develop a personalized treatment plan, which is regularly reviewed. I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with years of experience, committed to supporting your journey toward well-being.

I offer comprehensive mental health care as a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I provide diagnosis, medication management, and therapy for conditions like anxiety and depression. I also offer GeneSight testing and Creyos testing to help diagnose ADHD and create personalized treatment plans for your well-being.

In addition to mental health services, I provide medically supervised weight loss support. Using a personalized and holistic approach, I help patients achieve sustainable weight management through tailored treatment plans that may include lifestyle guidance, nutritional support, and, when appropriate, medication management.

I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to listen, support, and guide you through your journey toward better mental and physical health. Please feel free to reach out whenever you’re ready—I look forward to working with you and helping you find the care and understanding you deserve.
