Where is your office?
I meet you online in the convenience of your home – or office or park. Please choose a place of privacy and get comfortable for our session.
How long is a typical session?

The initial psychiatry evaluation lasts for an hour.

Psychotherapy and medication management sessions are 50 minutes.

If you are only having a session for medication management, it is 35 minutes .

After the initial visit, please schedule your regular appointments. If you are struggling and need a sick visit before the next scheduled appointment, please reach out by phone or email.

How do I make an appointment?

Can I cancel an appointment? Do you have a cancellation policy?

You can cancel the appointment with 48 hours advance notice and incur no charges. A sudden cancellation or no call/no show will be charged the fee.

What age do you work with?
I work with a population from 12 to 75 years old.
Do you work with men? Women? Couples? Children?
I work with women, men, and children.
Are you LGBTQ-friendly?
Yes, I work with the LGBTQ population.
What is your educational background?
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Do you prescribe medications?
I offer medication management, including controlled substances, when necessary.
How do you work with clients?

I offer psychotherapy using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused modalities in addition to medication management.
